WildlifeKate’s Cameras get a sponsor!
My camera set-ups and the kit involved is gradually getting more and more ambitious and, as I experiment with new kit, you can imagine that the costs start to increase. To live stream a camera is expensive as well. I had soon reached the point where, to carry on and develop and continue to improve, I needed to find a sponsor. This sponsor would have to be a company who would obviously benefit from the work I am undertaking and who support wildlife and the ideals and the principles by which I work.
I am delighted to announce that CJ Wildlife are my new sponsors and will be helping to fund live streams and feeder and food supplies and will be live streaming my cameras on their website as well. You will also see some CJ banners on the camera pages of my website. If you choose to follow the link and purchase anything from CJ, then I get a small percentage of the sale to go towards my projects.
A bit about CJ Wildlife…..
CJ WildBird Foods Ltd was founded in 1987 on a farm in rural Shropshire, England, by Chris Whittles, a lifelong ornithologist and wildlife enthusiast. In the early days, they began by researching and selling just a small range of seeds for wild birds, but as awareness grew of the benefits of feeding the garden birds so did the company.
CJs have been instrumental in the growth of the bird food market. Thanks to extensive research and a food development programme by our ornithologists the range of wild bird food available has significantly increased over the years. Over 80 common species of wild birds are now being fed in gardens compared to just 18 when we started our research in 1987.
As well as supplying the UK market, CJWIldlife now operate in 9 other European countries and are proud to be the market leaders in the research, design and development of wild bird and wildlife food, and accompanying feeding products.

With CJ Wildlife’s support, I am able to bring some new cameras and set-ups to share with you. You will have seen the 3 new feeding stations I now have set up for birds.
A new mammal box and interior is now live streaming and there will be other cameras coming online in the next few weeks. We should have 6 cameras live streaming by mid December.
There are lots of other exciting projects due to be happening between us in 2018, so watch this space and a big thank you to all the fantastic staff at CJ who have been a real pleasure to work with. I am very excited by the future potential of our brands working together!
