Still only blue tits…..

The last few days have seen a steady flow of visitors to all 4 boxes. The oak tree one still dominates by far with a constant stream of blue tits (not sure if they are the same pair!) in and out. The green box has about 4 or 5 inside visitors a day, but the ‘odd box’ has has less interest over the last few days. My open robin box also still has a couple of blue tit visitors a day…. but sadly nothing else as of yet.

It is definitely weather related as well. As soon as the sun is out and the temperature rises, the interest in the box rises accordingly. When it is grey and raining, as it has been today, then visits drop dramatically.

The weekend forecast looks good though, so I am hoping to get some outside shots of the blue tits visiting the oak tree box.
